A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: A. Carrying Out Annual Inspections Of The Technical Condition And Safety Of Flood Embankments In The Area Of Operation Of The Legnica Catchment Management Board In Accordance With Art. 62 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Construction Law. The List Of Flood Embankments Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (119 Structures With A Total Length Of 164.148 Km). A Separate Study Should Be Prepared For Each Building Structure (Flood Embankment). B. Performing 5-Year And Annual Inspections Along With Assessing The Technical Condition And Safety Of Flood Embankments In The Area Of Operation Of The Legnica Catchment Management Board (Including Geotechnical Verification Tests) In Accordance With Art. 62 Section 1 Point 1 And Article 62 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Construction Law. The List Of Flood Embankments Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (23 Structures With A Total Length Of 64.185 Km). A Separate Study Should Be Prepared For Each Building Structure (Flood Embankment).
