The Design Concept Proposed In Mt-2021 Is A Theoretical Technical Possibility That Proves The Defined Functions And Function Relationships In The Given Area And Their Feasibility. In The Planning Phases That Are The Subject Of This Procurement, The Proposed Concept, Its Individual Elements And The Proposed Modular Breakdown Must Necessarily Be Clarified, Optimized And Further Developed With The Involvement Of The Relevant Actors. In The New Feasibility Study To Be Prepared As The First Step Of The Design, The Designer Must Also Propose The Technical Content To Be Developed During The Detailed Design And Its Modular Breakdown. Following The Clients Decision On The Technical Content Proposed In The New Feasibility Study To Be Prepared As Part Of This Design Task, The Design Task Will Continue In Accordance With The Technical Content Corresponding To The Decision And The Additional Design Documentation Included In The Task Definition Must Be Prepared Accordingly. Based On The Above, The Planning Task Will Be Announced According To The Following Planning Phases: • Preparation Of A New Feasibility Study With The Review Of The Mt Prepared In 2021, • Preparation Of An Environmental Impact Study, • Preparation Of Preliminary Archaeological Documentation, • Preparation Of A Road Safety Audit, • Preparation Of Licensing Plan Documentation, • Acquisition Of Authority Permits, • Preparation Of Construction Plan Documentation, • Preparation Of Land Development And Expropriation Plans, • Preparation Of Regulatory Plan Amendments As Necessary. As An Optional Task, The Clients Specifically Directed Instruction For This Purpose, And In The Case Of Its Order, The Performance Of Design Management Tasks For All Relevant Disciplines, Is Also The Designers Task During The Entire Period Of Construction (Implementation), According To The Schedule Specified In The Clients Instructions. Building Information Model (Bim)-Based Planning Is Required For The Permit And Construction Plan. Details Of The Bim Requirements Are Included In The Technical Description. In Order To Define The Subject Of The Public Procurement In A Clear And Comprehensible Manner, The Tenderer May Refer To The Make, Origin, Type Of Thing, Process, Activity, Person, Or Patent Or Trademark Specified In This Invitation And Other Public Procurement Documents. In All Such Cases, The Designation Was Made Only In Order To Clearly Define The Nature Of The Object, And An Offer May Be Made For The Product Specified In This Call For Proposals, Or For The Product Equivalent To It - With Regard To The Detailed Technical Parameters Of The Given Product. During The Evaluation Of The Technical Content, The Equivalence Must Be Judged By The Bidder, For Which Decision The Bidder Must Provide All The Data. It Is Therefore The Bidders Duty To Prove In The Bid That The Offered Product Is Equivalent To The Product Specified By The Bidder.
