Mammography Devices – Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Mammograph. The Minimum Technical Parameters To Which The Proposed Equipment Should Meet Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification. The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: - Delivery Of The Equipment To A Place Specified By The Contracting Authority; - Assembly, Installation And Commissioning; - Performing Preliminary Tests And Functional Tests; - Training Of Medical Specialists Designated By The Contracting Authority; - Assistance In Preparing The Necessary Documentation For Licensing; - Warranty Service, Including Delivery Of Spare Parts And Consumables. The Minimum Warranty Period Is Not Less Than 24 (Twenty-Four) Months Full Warranty. At The Time Of The Announcement Of The Public Procurement, Its Financing Has Not Been Secured, Therefore The Contract Will Be Concluded Under The Condition, In Accordance With Art. 114 Of The Civil Code.
