B) Transport Of Material For Toxicological Tests To The Provincial Specialist Hospital No. 5. Saint Barbara In Sosnowiec Plac Medyków 1. Estimated Number Of Services Per Month In Kilometers: 8,200 (The Fee Is Set For One Kilometer Traveled From The Hospital To The Destination And Back). 2. The Contractor Shall Bear The Costs Of Traveling To The Ordering Partys Headquarters And Returning To Its Headquarters From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Regardless Of The Place Of Return. 3.
