The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Implementation, Installation And Configuration Of An Information System Ensuring Management Of Cardiological Tests, 2) Integration Of An Information System Ensuring Management Of Cardiological Tests With The Hospitals It System - Amms System 6/10/05/81, 3) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Medical Devices Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz, 4) Providing Instructions On The Operation Of Medical Devices Referred To In Point 1, In One, Two Or Three Times, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, After Prior Agreement On The Date Of The Instruction And The Number Of People With The Ordering Party, 5) Providing Instructions On The Provided It System.
