Construction Work For School Buildings – Construction Automation Contract For The New Building Of The Normal School Of The University Of Oulu. We Are Requesting A Quote For The Construction Automation Contract (Rau Contract) For The New Building Of Oulu Normal School In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Project Is Implemented As A Shared Contract, Where The Construction Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor Of The Project And Other Contractors Are Subordinated To The Construction Contractor. The Scope Of The Project Is Approx. 9600 Brm2. According To The Target Schedule, The Construction Technical Works Can Be Started At The Beginning Of August 2026, And The Contract Must Be Ready And Handed Over To The Customer In May 2028.
