The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Configuration Of The Following Elements Of The Public Warning And Alarm System: 1. Alarm Sirens - 226 Sets Of Electronic Sirens With Technical Parameters Indicated In The Swz, Including In Particular: A) Electronic Siren Equipped With 4 Horn Loudspeakers/Driver Pressure With A Slot Outlet (Compression), With A Minimum Protection Level Of Ip65 And A Total Amplifier Power Of Not Less Than 600 W, With External Elements Secured Against Corrosion And The Influence Of Atmospheric Factors, B) Power Supply Module With A Rated Voltage Of 230 V Ac, With Built-In Overvoltage, Short-Circuit And Overload Protection And A Reserve Power Supply Consisting Of Two 12 V 30 Ah Batteries With Protection Against Overcharging, Deep Discharge, Overload And Short Circuit, C) Siren Control Module Equipped With An Rs-232 Port, At Least Three Digital Inputs For Activating Alarms, Connectors Audio Minijack, Manipulator For Local Control, Display Presenting The Status Of Siren Modules (Power Supply, Status Of Amplifiers, Batteries And Gsm Module) And The Ability To Predefine Alarm Signals Using Sd Cards Containing Sound Files (Sd Cards Are Provided By The Contractor), D) Gsm Module With A Sim Card Slot, Enabling Remote Triggering Of Alarms And Operation Of The Siren Function Via Text Messages (Sms), E) Tetra Module Enabling Two-Way Data Transmission As Standard Tetra, Including Remote Alarm Triggering And Real-Time Reception Of Confirmations And Siren States. 2. Server Infrastructure - Including Hardware And Software Elements Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The System (Detailed Technical Parameters Will Be Specified In The It Part Of The Swz). 3. A Multi-Layer Siren Management System, Including Central Software For Operating, Monitoring And Managing The Warning And Notification System, Creating A Central Modular Platform With The Possibility Of Further Expansion. The Platform Must Enable The Simultaneous Work Of At Least 23 Operators At Separate Workstations, With Rights Assigned In Accordance With Their Role And Territorial Scope. 4. The Order Covers The Delivery, Assembly And Implementation Of Complete Server Infrastructure, Taking Into Account The Comprehensive Operation Of The System Of Data Processing Centers Of The Combined Administration Units In The Lublin Voivodeship. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Deliver All Elements In Accordance With The Technical Documentation. 2) Assembly And Installation Of Devices In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. 3) Implementation Of The Solution In A Way That Ensures Full Functionality And Integration With The Existing System. 4) Conducting The Necessary Functional And Performance Tests Confirming The Proper Operation Of The Delivered System. 5) Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation And Management Of The New Infrastructure. 6)
