Tenders are invited for Coastal Protection, Landscaping and Infrastructural Works at Trou Aux Biches. The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change (Environment and Climate Change Division) is inviting bids from eligible and qualified local and international bidders through the Government e-Procurement System for Coastal Protection, Landscaping and Infrastructural Works at Trou Aux Biches. The Bidding Document may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: ENVIRONMENT/IFB/2025/1871. Note: It is mandatory for prospective bidders to have a Digital Certificate (DSC) which can be procured from MAUSIGN on https://mausign.govmu.org to be able to submit bid on the E-Procurement System. A Pre-Bid Meeting followed by a site visit shall take place on 22 April 2026 as detailed in the Bidding Document. The closing date for submission of bids online on the e-Procurement System has been scheduled for Monday 25 May 2026 up to 13:30 hrs (Mauritian Time) at latest. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Monday 25 May 2026 as from 14:31 hrs till Wednesday 27 May 2026 up to 14:00 hrs (Mauritian Time). Bidders shall submit an Original Bid Security amounting to MUR 3,500,000 at the address mentioned below on or before the deadline for submission of bids. The bids security shall be valid up to 21 October 2026. Bids will be opened online on e-Procurement system on Wednesday 27 May 2026 as from 14:01 hrs up to 18:00hrs in the Conference Room of the Central Procurement Board at the address hereunder 1st Floor, Social Security House, Julius Nyerere Avenue, Rose Hill, Mauritius The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change (Environment and Climate Change Division) reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
