Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of a "Two-Colour Web Offset Printing Machine with Peripherals". A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the Supply Division upon submission of a written application with copy of business registration on or before 3.00 p.m. 04/05/2026 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 19,000/= for each document (The payment method will be on cash). All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of Sri Lankan Rupees Nine Hundred Forty Thousand Only (LKR. 940,000.00), unconditional bank guarantee from a reputed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka on the format attached to the bidding documents and should be valid up to 30 days (until 04/09/2026) beyond the original validity period of bids.
