Tenders are invited for Land Preparation/Clearing/Rehabilitation and Mechanized Cultivation Services in Three (3) Counties (Grand Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding International (OCB-I) method as specified in the Banks new Procurement Framework, which became effective as of the 1st of January 2016 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework. 3.
