The Contract Includes The Construction Works Of The Saukonlaitur, The Deck Of The Panama Bridge And Nearby Streets, As Well As The Leveling Of Tritoninpuisto To The Extent Indicated In The Contract Documents. The Contract Includes, Among Other Things, Earthworks And Municipal Technical Construction Works Of Panamankatu, Panamankuja, Poseidonkuja, Saukonlaituri And Panamanrantna Streets According To 30529 Urakkalaitustus Saukonlaituri Area Phase 1, The Deck Structure Of The Panama Bridge, The Surface Structures Of Karbianranta Street And The Repair Of Saukonlaituris Beach Wall With Water Works, Sea Filling And Wooden Deck Piers. In Addition, In The Contract, The Leveling Of Tritoninpuisto Will Be Carried Out. The Developer Is The Public Areas Service Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department, Which Also Acts As A Subscriber In Accordance With Yse 98. The Works According To The Contract Documents Must Be Completed And Received, And The Inspections Required By The Authorities And Inspecting Institutions Must Be Approved By May 31, 2028. All Responsibilities Of The Main Contractor Mentioned In The Commercial Documents Of This Contract Are Transferred From The Customers Of The Ykt Site To The Main Contractor. Section 1.7 Of The Contract Program Lists The Developers Ykt Parties, And Section 3.5 Lists Separate Contracts And Other Procurements By The Developer. The Procurement Limits Of The Ykt Parties Are Also Specified In The Contract Limit Appendix. In Addition To The Works According To The Plans Mentioned In The List Of Documents, The Contract Includes Site Management Duties And Site Services, Which Concern The Developers Separate Procurements In Section 3.5 And The Procurement Limits Of The Ykt Parties Presented In The Contract Limit Appendix. The Work Is Done As A Total Price Contract. The Construction Site Will Be Implemented In Its Entirety As A Low-Emission Construction Site, The Requirements Of Which Can Be Found In Section 4.2 Of The Contract Boundary Appendix. The Amounts Shown In The Plans Are Not Binding On The Customer. The Bidder Who Gave The Most Economical Offer In Terms Of Overall Economy Will Be Selected As The Contractor. From An Overall Economic Point Of View, The Offer That Is The Cheapest Among The Offers That Meet The Requirements For The Suitability Of The Bidder Set By The Developer Is The Cheapest. A Subcontractor/Subcontractor Of A Contractor Who Is In A Contractual Relationship With The Customer Has The Right To Subcontract/Subcontract The Work Further. Chaining The Procurement/Contract Beyond This Is Not Possible Without A Particularly Well-Founded Reason, And The Written Consent Of The Customer/Builder Must Be Obtained.
