Part 1. Retrofitting Recreational Areas - Stage Ii1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Retrofitting The Playground In Złotów (Plot No. 264/4, Złotowo District). A) Delivery And Assembly Of The Stork Nest Swing Device - 1 Set, B) Delivery And Assembly Of The Play Set Device - 1 Set, C) Delivery And Assembly Of The Street Workout Device - 1 Set, 2) Retrofitting The Playground In Gutowiec (Plot No. 305/5 Rpm Cross)A) Delivery And Assembly Of The Paper, Stone, Scissors Device - 1 Set, B) Delivery And Assembly Of The Sandbox - 1 Set, C) Delivery And Assembly Of The Shop Device - 1 Set.2. The Contractor Will Fence The Assembly Works Area At His Own Expense.3. The Contractor Will Restore The Property Area That Is Damaged During The Assembly Works To Its Original Condition.4. The Contractor Will Cover The Costs Related To The Consumption Of Water And Electricity Used During The Assembly Works.5. Recreational And Play Equipment Is Required To Be Made Using Technology In Accordance With The Attached Technical And Material Descriptions, Which Present The Minimum Requirements As To The Number And Function Of The Components Of The Devices, The Quality Of The Materials Used And The Sizes Of The Materials And Dimensions Of The Designed Devices. 6. +/- 10% Deviation In Device Sizes (Wxdxh) Is Allowed.7. Technical Notes: 1) The Recreational And Play Equipment Presented Are Exemplary Solutions. 2) The Contractor May Use Devices From Any Manufacturers, Provided That The Requirements Resulting From Their Technical And Material Descriptions Are Met - Equivalent Solutions With No Worse Parameters. 3) The Contractor Should Attach To The Offer Technical Data Sheets Of The Devices And A Completed Equivalence Table (Annex No. 7A To The Swz) In Order To Compare The Functional And Technological Equivalence. Technical Data Sheets Of The Proposed Devices Should Include: Product Visualization, Size, Material And Technological Parameters, List Of Elements And Functionalities Of Individual Recreational And Play Devices.4) The Proposed Play Sets Should Have Valid Certificates Issued By An Accredited Certification Body. Attention. Instead Of The Above-Mentioned Certificate, It Is Allowed To Have A Declaration Of Conformity Confirming The Requirements Contained In The Pn-En 1176-1:2017-12 Standard.5) It Is Required To Maintain The Quality, Aesthetic, Material, Size, Color And Technological Parameters, Consistent With The Elements Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Design Documentation.6) The Devices Should Be Highly Resistant To Weather Conditions And Damage Resulting From Acts Of Vandalism.8. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In The Documentation - Technical Cards (Technical Parameters Of Play Elements), Technical Specifications And, Additionally, In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To Swz.9.
