1) Task I: Design Of Works, I.E. Development Of Complete Design Documentation Including Construction Design (If Required) And Technical Design Documentation (Executive And Workshop), For The Investment Task Entitled: Establishment Of A Sensory Testing Laboratory In Rooms 048, 049, 050 On The Ground Floor In The Wing Of Building A Of The Poznań University Of Economics, Together With The Performance Of Related Works In All Industries (Including Architectural And Construction, Construction, Electrical Installations, I.E. Power Supply, Lighting, Fire Protection And Low-Voltage Installations, Telecommunications, Access Control, Sanitary Installations In The Field Of Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Heating And Water And Sewage Installations) Along With The Development Of Bills Of Quantities, Cost Estimates And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. Above Design Documentation, Before It Is Sent For Implementation, Requires The Contractor To Make Necessary Arrangements With External Authorities In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Requires The Approval Of The Ordering Party. Moreover, It Is The Contractors Obligation To Carry Out, On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Documentation On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Necessary Notification Of Construction Works Or Obtain On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Documentation, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Necessary Permit To Carry Out Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Requirements Of Architectural And Construction Administration Authorities. Design Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Detailed Requirements Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, In The Agreement And In The Documentation For The Award Of Public Procurement.2) Task Ii: Execution Of Works, I.E.
