The Subject Of The Order Is To Strengthen The Surface Structure Of District Road No. 1189F At Km 1+877 To 3+500, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 3 To The Swz), Detailed Technical Specifications (Annex No. 3A To The Swz).2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Cutting Of The Roadsides To A Width Of 1.0 M; 1650 M X 2 Sides, Thickness Up To 15 Cm• Removal Of Soil From Cut Roadsides• Mechanical Cleaning Of The Existing Surface• Sprinkling The Road Surface With Asphalt• Leveling The Existing Base With Ac16w Mineral-Bituminous Mixture - Mechanical Installation 100Kg/M²• Sprinkling The Road Surface With Asphalt• Preparation Of A Binder Layer With Ac16w Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures Gr. 5 Cm• Sprinkling The Road Surface With Asphalt• Making A Wearing Course Of Ac11s Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures. 4 Cm• Covering The Roadside With A Width Of 1.0 M And A Thickness Of Approx. 15 Cm With Stone Material - Crushed Aggregate• Adapting The Existing Exits To The Road (Stone Material)3. Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Procedure Must Be Performed In A Manner Consistent With The Specification Of The Terms Of Order, The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), Other Generally Applicable Legal Provisions In This Area, As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Standards, From The Point Of View Of The Purpose They Are To Serve.4. In Order To Complete The Task, The Contractor Is To Develop A Signage Design For The Duration Of The Works In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 23, 2003 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 784) On Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision Over This Regulation, And Agree It With The Competent Authorities. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Indicated By The Contractor Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order Have Fluent Knowledge Of The Polish Language. In Case The Above Persons Will Not Have Fluent Knowledge Of The Polish Language For The Period And For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Interpreter At Its Own Expense And With Its Own Efforts. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz And Detailed Technical Specifications (Annex No. 3A To The Swz).
