The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Tourism And Recreation Building, Replacing The Fence Of The Recreational And Tourist Area And Hardening Communication Routes In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Titled We Consciously Choose - Tourism As A Path To The Development Of Chodzież, Creating A Recreational And Tourist Site Along The Pttk Tourist Trails. The Task Includes: • Construction Of A Building With A Wooden Frame Structure In The Form Of A Polygon With A Multi-Slope Roof And One Above-Ground Floor. The Building Has A Post-And-Beam Structure, The Buildings Walls Are Covered With Boards, And The Foundations Are Designed In The Form Of Footings With Reinforcement. A Multi-Slope Roof With Two Levels, Covered With Steel Sheets And A Wooden Soffit At The Bottom. The Facility Has An Electrical Installation That Supplies Electricity To Illuminate The Building. The Facility Will Be Equipped With 10 Sets Of Benches And Tables And A Goat Stove As A Heat Source. The Surface Inside And Around The Facility Will Be Made Of Paving Stones On A Cement And Sand Base. • Securing The Existing Camping Area (Where A Meeting And Integration Place Will Be Created) By Replacing The Fence And Hardening Communication Routes. The Investment Task Titled Construction Of A Tourism And Recreation Building And Replacement Of The Fence Of The Recreational And Tourist Area And Hardening Of Communication Routes In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Entitled We Consciously Choose - Tourism As A Path To The Development Of Chodzież, Creation Of A Recreational And Tourist Site Along The Pttk Tourist Routes Is Co-Financed By The European Union Under The Regional Program European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027, Priority 8: Community-Led Local Development, Measure 8.1. Supporting Program Development In Local Development Strategies (Rlks). The Entire Subject Of The Order Is Subject To Execution In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Engineering Art And Generally Applicable Law. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works That Must Be Carried Out In Order For The Subject Of The Order To Achieve The Planned Goal Of Creating A Meeting And Recreation Place That Will Serve Both The Inhabitants Of The City And The Surrounding Area, As Well As Tourists Using The Pttk Trails, As Well As Visitors Visiting Chdk At Concerts And Workshops (Mainly At The International Jazz Workshops, Which Take Place Every Year In Chdk At The Turn Of July And August).
