The Order Includes: A) A Review Of The Technical Condition Of Asphalt Roads In The City And Commune Of Śrem, With Particular Emphasis On Roadways, Manholes, Valves And Drainage, B) Reporting On The Condition Of Asphalt Roads Subject To Modernization, After Their Inspection And On The Works Performed On Them, C) Preparing A Written Plan For Renovation Works Along With A Preliminary Calculation - At The Request Of The Ordering Party, D) Providing A Written List Of Works Performed Before Their Acceptance Technical By The Ordering Party, For The Purpose Of Approval For Receipt And Issuing An Invoice, E) Renovations Of Asphalt Surfaces Approved By The Ordering Party For Execution, F) Supplementing Horizontal Markings In The Event Of Damage After Partial Renovations Of Asphalt Surfaces On Roads, G) Any Additional Orders Of The Ordering Party After Determining The Scope Of Work And The Method Of Execution, H) Signaling Necessary Major Renovations Of Asphalt Roads And Specifying Their Material Scope. 2. The Names Of Manufacturers And Products Used Only Serve To Specify The Subject Of The Order, And The Order Must Be Completed Using Materials Indicated In The Documentation Or Equivalent. If An Equivalent Offer Is Submitted, It Is Required That The Equivalent Product Has Identical Or Better Properties, Performance Parameters, And Chemical Composition As The Products Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Indication Of A Brand Or Trade Name By The Ordering Party Determines The Class Of The Product That Is The Subject Of The Order And Serves To Establish A Standard, And Does Not Indicate A Specific Product Or A Specific Manufacturer. The Original Nomenclature Or Symbolism Is Provided To Correctly Identify The Subject Of The Order. The Reference Model Is An Example Of A Product That Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.3. If The Procurement Documentation Indicates Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Procurement Documentation
