For The Subject Of The Order Specified In Section 1 Consists Of The Extension Of Błotna Street From Km 0+000.00 To Km 0+166.00 Along With Infrastructure, Including: 1) Reconstruction Of The Access Road With A Length Of 166 M, 2) Construction And Reconstruction Of Regular Exits, 3) Construction Of A Sidewalk With A Length Of 155 M, 4) Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path With A Length Of 244 M, 5) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System With With Outlets To The Strusinka Stream,6) Construction Of Street Lighting,7) Construction Of A Technological Canal,8) Construction Of A Road Culvert,9) Renovation Of Ul. Jarej Near The Intersection With Ul. Błotna,10) Reconstruction And Strengthening Of The Strusinka Stream,11) Securing The Underground Utility Network,12) Cutting Down 4 Trees, Providing Ornithological Supervision If Necessary,13) Planting 53 Trees,14) Installing A Bicycle Repair Station,15) Carrying Out Finishing And Cleaning Works,16) Developing A Project And Introducing Temporary Organization Of Road Traffic Along With Securing And Marking The Area And Its Updating During Construction Depending On Current Needs. 17) Introduction Of Permanent Road Traffic Organization, Including Thick-Layer Horizontal Painting, Note: The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include The Demolition Of The Building.2. Other Works That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform, Develop And Agree With The Ordering Party: 1) Tidying Up The Construction Site, 2) Quality Assurance Program And Bioz Plan, 3) As-Built Surveying Documentation And Documents Needed To Change The Land Use Register (Dr). As Part Of The Inventory Work, An Additional Survey Should Be Carried Out To Update The Land And Building Records In The Scope Of Changing The Current Land Use For Use (Dr). Changes Should Be Made To The Use Of The Municipal Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center (Godgik).
