As Part Of Part 1 Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform Partial Renovation Of Municipal Roads In The Tomice Village According To The Indicated Technology And On Roads In Accordance With The List Below: 1.1 List Of Roads - Tomice Village: Ul. Radosna, Ul. Rzyczki, Ul. Podlesie, Ul. Dworska, Ul. Słoneczna, Ul. Łęg, Ul. Strazacka, Ul. Base, Ul. Wojska Polskiego, Ul. Czarny Las, Ul. Leśna, Ul. Saint Jakuba, Ul. Osiedlowa, Ul. Wodna, Ul. Stawowa, Ul. Starowiejska, Ul. Wiśniowa, Ul. Spacerowa, Ul. Gajowa, Ul. Wesoła, Ul. Wrzosowa, Ul. Jaśminowa, Ul. Krokusowa, Ul. Kościelna.1.2 Scope Of Works To Be Performed Under The Order:1.2.1 Surface Consolidation Of Road Surfaces With Asphalt Emulsion, Stone Grit Fraction 12-16, Aggregate In The Amount Of 13 Dm3/M2 - 1,000.00 M21.2.2 Surface Consolidation Of Road Surfaces With Asphalt Emulsion, Stone Grit Fraction 8-12, Aggregate In The Quantity 10· Dm3/M2 – 1,000.00 M21.2.3 Surface Consolidation Of Road Surfaces With Asphalt Emulsion, Stone Grit Fraction 5-8, Aggregate In The Amount Of 8· Dm3/M2 – 1,000.00 M23. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Mark And Secure The Works At Every Stage Of Their Implementation.4. The Detailed Scope Of Task Implementation Will Be Specified Each Time By The Supervision Inspector In Partial Work Orders. 5. The Road Surfaces Qualified For Partial Renovations Indicated In Point 1.2 Are Forecasted And May Change, To Which The Contractor Agrees And Will Not Pursue Any Claims For Quantitative Changes During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Commission The Contractor With Additional Repairs Of Damaged Road Surfaces Using The Technology Of Surface Consolidation Of Road Surfaces With Asphalt Emulsion On Other Roads Located In The Tomice Village, Not Listed In Point 1.1, As Part Of The Contractors Total Remuneration.7. The Contractor Will Perform Additional Repairs Of Damaged Municipal Road Surfaces At The Request Of The Ordering Party Within The Time Specified In Each Order. 8. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Design/Designs* Of Temporary Traffic Organization In The Event Of Finding, During The Inspection, I.E. After Receiving The Order, Defects In The Road Surface, The Repair Of Which, In Accordance With Construction Practice, Will Require Closing The Street Or Road To Traffic. 9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Chapter Iv Of The Swz Entitled Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), In Chapter Iii Of The Swz Entitled Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.
