The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Premises Of The District Office In Olkusz, Which Include: • Preparatory And Security Works (Including The Organization Of Works In The Active Facility), • Demolition Works, • Construction And Bricklaying Works, • Plastering And Finishing Works, • Execution Of Suspended Ceilings, • Painting Works, • Flooring Works (Including The Execution Of Underfloor Layers And Insulation), • Execution Of Wall Claddings And Floors, • Fire Protection Works (Including Buildings, Doors And Other Fire Protection Elements), • Replacement Of Door And Window Joinery And Window Sills, • Sanitary And Installation Works (Including Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Installation Of Sanitary Equipment), • Electrical And Lighting Works, • Execution Of Telecommunications Installations, • Replacement And Installation Of Radiators With Fittings, • Accompanying Works (Cleaning, Reconstruction, Tidying Up The Area), • Performing The Required Tests, Measurements And As-Built Documentation. Attention! The Investment Is Divided Into Two Stages Described In The Technical Documentation. Construction Works Should Start From Stage I. The Next Stage Can Be Started After The Complete Completion Of The Works In The Previous Stage. The Remuneration Will Be Paid In Two Tranches, Including The First One For Construction Works Performed By November 30, 2026. And The Second In 2027 For The Remaining Works. The Value Of The First Tranche Cannot Exceed Pln 450,000.00 Gross. Due To The Fact That The Building Is An Active Facility, All Internal Works Must Be Carried Out In Consultation With The Ordering Party. There Is A Total Ban On Noisy Works Such As: Demolition, Piercing, Forging, Drilling, Cutting, Knocking, Etc. During The Offices Operation. The Contractor Undertakes To The Ordering Party To Perform And Hand Over The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Legal Provisions, Polish Standards Or European Standards, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, And To Remove All Defects Occurring In This Item During The Warranty Period For Physical Defects And Warranty. Failure To Specify Any Legal Acts Does Not Exempt The Contractor From Their Application. The Materials Used Must Have Appropriate Technical Approvals Or Certificates. The Contractor Will Protect Installations, Devices And Facilities On The Work Site And In Its Immediate Surroundings Against Destruction Or Damage During The Execution Of The Works And Will Ensure Property Supervision At His Own Expense. The Contractor Will Determine On His Own The Place Of Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials And Will Include The Related Costs In The Offer.
