The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of Fire Access Road No. 24 In The Głuszec And Rudka Forest Districts - Section I (Stage I). As Part Of The Implementation Of Stage I, It Is Planned To Construct A Road Section Located From Km 3+461.48 To Km 5+282.44, Along With All Its Elements, And Exits From The Municipal Road. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 10 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Consists Of: (1) Design Documentation: (A) Construction Design; (B) Technical Design; (C) Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Constitute The Sole Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price All Costs For Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Work Technology Specified In The Swz And The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. (2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. Requirements For The Contractor Regarding The Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Template Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Area Of The Niedźwiady Forest District In Przechlewo. Implementation Construction Works Must Always Comply With The Applicable Technical, Construction And Legal Rules Relating To A Given Facility And The Technology Of Performing The Works. When Executing An Order, Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Regulations In Force Regarding Fire Protection, Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Protection And Sanitary Protection. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cover All Fees And Penalties Imposed By The Relevant Entities, Authorities And Institutions For Breaking The Law By The Contractor, Exceeding Standards And Regulations During The Execution Of The Contract And Culpable Negligence. Only Materials, Products And Devices Approved For Trading And Meeting The Requirements Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended, Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Law Act) And The Regulations On Construction Products, And Should Also Be Consistent With The Requirements Specified In The Opz Attached To The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Elements (Parts) Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. If The Contractor Intends To Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In His Offer The Parts Of The Order (Material Scopes) The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.
