The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Local Spatial Development Plan For The Location Of Wind Farms In The Southern Part Of The Namysłów Commune In Accordance With Resolution No. 74/Ix/24 Of The Namysłów City Council Of October 30, 2024 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of A Local Spatial Development Plan For The Location Of Wind Farms In The Southern Part Of The Namysłów Commune. The Local Development Plan Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular: A) The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development, B) The Provisions Of The Act Of May 20, 2016 On Investments In Wind Farms, C) The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 17, 2021 On The Required Scope Of The Draft Local Development Plan Development, D) With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments, E) With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 4, 2010 On Spatial Information Infrastructure, F) With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of October 26, 2020 On Spatial Data Sets And Metadata In The Field Of Development Spatial Planning, G) With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 2023 Amending The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Certain Other Acts.2. The Purpose Of Preparing The Plan Is To Enable The Location Of Wind Farms And Solar Power Plants With Associated Infrastructure In The Southern Part Of The Namysłów Commune. The Dominant Use In The Area In Question Is Agricultural Land And Forest Areas. The Following Parameters Will Not Be Exceeded In The Local Plan: - Maximum Total Height Of Wind Farms: 207 M, - Maximum Rotor Diameter With Blades: 127 M, - Maximum Number Of Wind Farms That Will Be Specified In The Plan: 5.3. Criteria For Preparing A Graphic Annex To The Local Spatial Development Plan - In Accordance With The Guidelines For Giap Planners.4.
