1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation And Ongoing Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Kołaczyce Commune.2. The Order Includes: 1) Successive Implementation Of Ongoing Renovations Of Public And Internal Municipal Roads. 2) The Order Within The Above-Mentioned Scope Will Be Implemented As Follows: A) Renovation Of Road Surfaces With The Delivery Of Aggregate, Consisting In Manual Filling Of Gaps In The Gravel Road Surface Or Mechanical Spreading, B) Equipment Services And Rental For The Needs Of Current Road Maintenance In 2026, C) Execution With A Wheeled And/Or Crawler Excavator With A Working Weight Of 8 To 11 Tons Of Earthworks, Performing Mechanical Cleaning (Desilting), Scaling Roadside Ditches, Unblocking Culverts, Cutting Roadsides, D) Mowing Grass Plants And Volunteer Plants (Up To 3 Cm In Diameter) Located In The Road, I.E. Roadsides, Slope And Counter-Slope (Outer Wall Of The Ditch, Viewed From The Road). Mowing Is Done Using Flail Mowers. Mechanical Mowing (Using A Boom Mower) Or Manual Mowing (With A Petrol Lawn Mower) Is Allowed In Places Inaccessible To Heavy Equipment Or Where The Use Of Heavy Machinery Could Damage The Edge Of The Counterslope.3) The Export Of Aggregate To Roads With A Gravel Surface Includes The Repair Of The Surface On 135 Internal Roads With A Length Of Approx. 65 Km And An Area Of Approx. 195,000 M2 Throughout The Commune. The Repair Will Consist In Filling The Gaps In The Gravel Surface With Aggregate Of The Appropriate Fraction Meeting The Requirements Of Pn-En 13242 (Aggregates For Unbound And Hydraulically Bound Materials Used In Buildings And Road Construction). The Contractor Will Present To The Client Declarations Of Performance Properties And A Certificate Of The Delivered Aggregate. The Repair Order Will Be In The Form Of A Written List Of Individual Road Sections In A Given Town Along With The Road Number. And The Amount Of Aggregate Necessary To Repair The Road.4) The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order In Stages, Depending On Current Needs, Each Time Ordering The Ordering Party Specifying The Place, Scope And Date Of Execution Of The Task.5) All Orders Will Be Carried Out Upon The Written Order Of The Ordering Party, Specifying The Place, Scope And Method Of Implementation.6) Provisions Regarding The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: A) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards, B) Equipment And Materials Used For Execution Subject Of The Order Must Be Approved For Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And Meet The Conditions Specified In Separate Regulations. The Devices Must Be Technically Efficient And Do Not Pose A Threat To Users And Bystanders. C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Area Of Execution Of The Individual Order Against Third Parties, And In Particular To Prevent Accidents Of Third Parties, D) The Contractor Is Fully Lia
