The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular:  Securing The Place Of Delivery/Assembly/Installation,  Delivery And Bringing In The Equipment,  Setting Up, Assembling, Regulating And Installing The Equipment In The Rooms Described In The Order Documentation,  Commissioning And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Equipment,  Granting The Ordering Party - Indefinite And Non-Exclusive Licenses For The Software Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Equipment - Hereinafter Referred To As Software, Providing The User With Originals Or Confirmed Compliance With The Original, Operation And Maintenance Manuals, Warranty Cards, All Necessary Approvals And Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, Etc. Of The Delivered Equipment In Polish In A Paper Version (Immediately After Concluding The Contract, But No Later Than On The Date Of Delivery), Training Of The Users Employees In The Use And Operation Of The Equipment (Confirmed In A Protocol By The User And Supplier), Providing Instructions For Use And Operation, Organizing The Delivery Place.
