1. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Agreement. Annex No. 1A Also Includes The Price Specification Referred To In Point. 7.1 Swz, Which Includes The Maximum Gross Remuneration In Pln For The Entire Subject Of The Order, Including The Price Indicated For A Given Range Of Volumes - In Accordance With The Unit Price For A Given Volume Of A Specific Product Item.2. The Quantities (Volume) Indicated In Annex 1A To The Swz Are Approximate Values ​​Determined On The Basis Of Current Consumption Over The Last Twelve [12] Months And The Expected Demand Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party May Change The Quantity Of The Ordered Item In Individual Items Specified In Annex 1A To Swz.3. Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Within The Meaning Of The Swz Is The Contractors Activity Consisting In The Successive Execution And Delivery (Together With The Payment) To The Ordering Party Of The Subject Of The Order, Requirements/Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex 1A To The Swz) And The Contractors Offer, In Response To Individual, Current Orders Of The Ordering Party Submitted To The Contractor In The Period Referred To In Point. 4.1. Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Orders).5. An Order Within The Meaning Of The Swz Is Each Individual Request Of The Ordering Party, Sent To The Contractor Via E-Mail.6. The Order Referred To In Point 5, Specifies: The Subject Of The Order, The Value Of The Subject Of The Order (In Accordance With The Offer Submitted By The Contractor), As Well As The Delivery Date, The Person/Organizational Unit Interested In The Specific Subject Of The Order On The Part Of The Ordering Party Along With Contact Details And Place Of Delivery.7. As Part Of The Successive Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Packaging For The Subject Of The Order (E.G. In The Form Of Boxes) To Prevent Its Damage During Transport / Unloading / Bringing In.8. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Be Brought To The Room Designated By The Ordering Party Within The Time Specified In Point. 9 Subject To Point 11.9. Deadline For Completion Of The Subject Of The Order: Successively Within Twelve [12] Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Subject To Point. 10/10 The Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Proceedings In Question Will Expire Despite The Non-Use Of Funds Intended For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (The Value For Which The Contract Will Be Concluded) After The Expiry Of The Contract Validity Period (Indicated In Point 4.1.
