1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Expansion Of The Water Distribution Network At Ul. Polna In Muszyna - Stage I. Stage I Covers Households At Ul. Polna In Muszyna Located Outside The Area Of ​​The Inactive Landslide, In Accordance With The Area Marked On The Attached Map (Appendix No. 1). 2. The Area And Location Of The Water Supply Network Are Shown On The Attached Map. As Part Of The Task, It Is Also Necessary To Design Water Supply Outlets From The Road To Adjacent Plots. 3. The Developed Design Documentation Must Cover The Entire Scope Presented On The Attached Overview Map And Enable Water Supply To Buildings In Accordance With The Act On Collective Water Supply And Collective Sewage Disposal. 4. Before Commencing The Actual Design Work, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit A Draft Design (Conceptual Design) On A Map For Design Purposes (Without The Podgik Clause In Nowy Sącz), In Order To Carry Out Pre-Design Arrangements, Make Any Corrections And Obtain Approval. The Draft Project Should Include, Among Others: Proposed Routes Of The Water Supply Network, Material Solutions And A List Of Properties To Be Connected. 5. The Developed Design Documentation Will Be Used To Submit A Notification Of Works And Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure In Accordance With The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended) And Must Be Consistent With Art. 99–103 Of This Act. 6. The Developed Design Documentation Must: A) Include All Arrangements, Decisions, Assessments, Opinions, Test Results And Other Documents Necessary To Notify The Commencement Of Works, B) Include The Execution Of Necessary Accompanying Works Resulting From The Adopted Design Solutions. 7. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will In Particular: A) Develop Geodetic Bases (Maps For Design Purposes), B) Obtain, At His Own Expense, Current Extracts And Drawings From The Land Register For The Areas Covered By The Project, C) If Necessary, Develop Geological And Engineering Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Prepare The Water Pipeline Design, D) If Necessary, Prepare An Inventory Of Greenery In The Zone Of The Planned Works.8. Other Conditions For The Implementation Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Will Develop Documentation Required By The Owners Of The Network Or Devices Appropriate For Agreeing On The Network Design (In Particular, Managers Of Roads, Streams And Watercourses And Owners Of Above-Ground And Underground Infrastructure, Including Gas, Energy, Telecommunications And Water Supply). The Contractor Will Include The Costs Of Preparing These Documents In The Offer Price. 2) The Obligations Of The Contractor (Designer) Also Include Obtaining Consent To Enter The Area From All Institutions And Individuals, As Well As Consent To Install The Water Supply Network. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Form And Scope Of The Decl
