The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Public Space For The Construction Of A Publicly Accessible And Inclusive Playground For Children, On The Site Of A Former Outdoor Swimming Pool At Ul. Korfantego In Brzeg (Plot No. 953/35, Południe District) In Accordance With The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, The Employers Technical Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And The Contractors Offer. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform: 1) Prepare The Area For Installation Of Playground Equipment By Performing Earthworks, Including Recultivation Works To Level The Surface.2) Perform Drainage Of The Investment Area; 3) Install A Set Sports And Fitness Facility, Hereinafter Referred To As The Device, Which Includes: • Spider 6, Six-Armed Pyramid - 1 Pc. • Fortuna Obstacle Course - 1 Pc. • Zip Line, 30.00 M Long - 1 Pc. • Honeycomb Swing - 1 Pc. • Bicycle Stand - 1 Pc.4) Will Be Delivered And Will Install Small Architecture Elements: - Benches (7 Pcs), - Waste Bins (4 Pcs) - Information Board With Regulations (1 Pc).5) Will Build A Sandy Surface Constituting A Base For The Installed Devices, As Well As Grass And Paving Stone Surfaces Within The Playground.6) Will Install A System Fence With A Height Of 1.20 M And A Length Of 120 M. And Will Integrate The Existing Saturn Swing With The Fence (I - Stage Completed In 2025). 7) It Will Remove And Dispose Of Construction Waste. An Equivalent Solution Is Also Permissible If The Word Equivalent Or Equivalent Is Not Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
