Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction And Renovation Of The Water Supply Network In Szczawnik

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Expansion Of The Water Distribution Network In Szczawnik, Including Stage I And Stage Ii. The Scope Of The Investment Concerns Households Located In The Area Indicated In The Map Appendices (Appendix No. 1 And Annex No. 2 To The Opz). 2. The Scope Of Expansion Of The Existing Treated Water Main Includes: • Stage I - Construction Of A New Section Of The Pipeline, 285.03 M Long, Ø90 Mm In Diameter, Made Of Pe 100 Rc Sdr 11 Pn16 Pipes; • Stage Ii - Construction Of New Pipeline Sections: - 132.7 M Long, Ø63 Mm, Made Of Pe 100 Rc Sdr 11 Pn16 Pipes, - 234.6 M Long, Ø110 Mm, Made Of Pe 100 Rc Sdr 11 Pn16 Pipes. 3. The Route Of The Planned Water Supply Network Runs Along Municipal And District Asphalt Roads, As Well As Through Private Plots. 4. The Area And Location Of The Water Supply Network Are Shown On The Attached Illustrative Maps. As Part Of The Task, It Is Also Necessary To Design Water Supply Outlets From The Road To Adjacent Plots. 5. The Developed Design Documentation Must Cover The Entire Scope Presented On The Attached Overview Map And Enable Water Supply To Buildings In Accordance With The Act On Collective Water Supply And Collective Sewage Disposal. 6. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Map For Design Purposes Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order.7. Before Commencing The Actual Design Work, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit A Draft Design (Conceptual Design) On A Map For Design Purposes (Without The Podgik Clause In Nowy Sącz), In Order To Carry Out Pre-Design Arrangements, Make Any Corrections And Obtain Approval. The Draft Project Should Include, Among Others: Proposed Routes Of The Water Supply Network, Material Solutions And A List Of Properties To Be Connected. 8. The Developed Design Documentation Will Be Used To Submit A Notification Of Works And Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure In Accordance With The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended) And Must Be Consistent With Art. 99–103 Of This Act. 9. The Developed Design Documentation Must: A) Include All Arrangements, Decisions, Assessments, Opinions, Test Results And Other Documents Necessary To Notify The Commencement Of Works, B) Include The Execution Of Necessary Accompanying Works Resulting From The Adopted Design Solutions. 10. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will In Particular: A) Develop Geodetic Bases, B) Obtain, At His Own Expense, Current Extracts And Extracts From The Land Register For The Areas Covered By The Project, C) If Necessary, Develop Geological And Engineering Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Prepare The Water Pipeline Design, D) If Necessary, Prepare An Inventory Of Greenery In The Area Of ​​​​The Planned Works.11.
