4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works On The Investment Project Titled: Modernization Of The Gas Boiler Room In The School Complex In Krasnobród.4.2. The Scope Of Works Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Documentation, Swz, Contract And Applicable Regulations, Including In Particular: 1) Dismantling Of Existing Gas Boilers, 2) Dismantling Of Existing Domestic Hot Water Tanks, 3) Dismantling Of All Existing Pipelines Within The Entire Boiler Room (Apart From New Central Heating Installations Made In 2021 For Buildings A And B), 4) Dismantling Of Part Of The Gas Installation In The Boiler Room Necessary To Connect New Gas Boilers,5) Replacement Of The Existing Gas Cabinet, Mag Valve On The External Facade Of The Building And Installation Of A New Gas Detection System,6) Replacement Of Existing Stoneware Tiles On The Floor With New Ones Along With Plinths In The Boiler Room,7) Renovation Of Plaster In The Boiler Room,8) Installation Of New Gas Boilers (Gas Standing Condensing Boiler 64 - 280 Kw (258 Kw For Parameter Tz/Tp = 80/60 Degrees C) In One Casing, Cascade Of 2 Boilers), 9) Installation Of New Hot Water Tanks, I.E. Tank With A Usable Capacity Of At Least 500 Dm3, 10) Installation Of New Pipelines Of The Central Heating, Cold And Hot Water And Circulation Systems With Fittings, 11) Dismantling Of The Existing Electrical Installation Of The Boiler Room, Staircase And Switchboard Room, 12) Disassembly Of Existing Electrical Switchboards, 13) Installation Of A Cable-Meter Connector, Fire Protection Switch, Main Switchboards Of The Facility, Boiler Room Switchgear And The Boiler Room Main Pwp Switch, 14) Installation Of Cable Routes, Basic And Emergency Lighting Installations, Installation Of Sockets And Power Installations, Installation Of A Gas Detection System, 15) Execution Of Construction Works In The Boiler Room, Storage Room, Switchboard And Staircase, Including: Plasters, Dismantling Floors, Bricking Up Openings, And Then Applying New Plasters And Floors, Facing Walls, Making Floors With Stoneware Tiles, Painting Walls And Ceilings, Replacing Door Joinery And Replacing Balustrades In The Staircase. Note 1: Recycled Materials Resulting From Dismantling, In Particular Dismantled Gas Boilers, Hot Water Tanks And Pipelines, Should Be Handed Over To The Ordering Party. The Materials Will Be Handed Over After Dismantling Works Are Completed, In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Based On The Handover Protocol.
