1. The Subject Of The Order Is Adaptation Of The Rehabilitation Equipment Rental Building At Plac Wolności In Nowy Dwór Gdański. The Scope Of Work Includes The Renovation Of A Rehabilitation Equipment Rental Facility For The Provision Of Social Services. After The Renovation Of The Building, The Way The Facility Is Used Will Not Change And Its Public Utility Function Will Remain Unchanged. The Aim Of The Project Is To Improve Conditions For Users And Adapt The Facility To Use By Disabled People. The Designed Works Do Not Change The Character Of The Building And Do Not Significantly Increase The Loads Acting On The Remaining Parts Of The Structure, Including The Foundations And The Subsoil. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Construction Works: • Demolition And Dismantling Works, • Construction Of Floors With Insulation, • Renovation And Reconstruction Of Partition Walls, • Replacement Of Wall Cladding, • Replacement Of Ceiling Cladding, • Replacement Of Floor Cladding, • Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, • Renovation Of Window Gratings, • Replacement Of External And Internal Window Sills, • Water And Sewage, Heating, Ventilation, Electrical And Lighting Installations, • Finishing Works, • Other Works Resulting From The Design Documentation. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And Bills Of Quantities As Auxiliary Documents Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Contractor Should Treat The Bill Of Quantities Prepared By The Employer As An Information Document That He May Use, But Is Not Obliged To Do So.2. Plac Wolności 20, As Well As The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 2) Execution Of Construction Works In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, Implementing Regulations To The Above-Mentioned. The Act, Other Applicable Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, Current Polish Standards And Industry Norms And Relevant Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, 3) Performance Of Construction Works Using Own Materials And Equipment. All Materials And Devices Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Should Have Appropriate Certificates, Technical Approvals And Attestations And Must Meet The Necessary Requirements In Accordance With Polish Standards.
