The Scope Of Construction Works As Part Of The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Includes, Among Others: Partial Replacement Of Door Joinery, Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Building, Construction Of A New Suspended Ceiling In The Banquet Hall, Insulation Of Ceilings (1St And 2Nd Floors), Replacement Of Roofing, Sheet Metal Work And Gutters, Replacement Of External And Internal Window Sills, Replacement Of Tiles In The Banquet Hall, Demolition Of The Wooden Stage, Scraping, Plastering And Painting Of The Walls Of The Hall. The Scope Of Works Related To The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation Includes, Among Others: Moving The Measuring System Outside The Building, Installation Of Pwp, Installation Of A Structure With Monocrystalline Modules On The Roof, Installation Of A Photovoltaic And Grounding Installation, Connecting The Photovoltaic Installation To The Main Switchboard, Final Tests And Measurements. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Includes, Among Others: Design Documentation, Energy Audit, Bill Of Quantities. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Apply The Dnsh Principle (Do Not Significant Harm), Which Is The Principle Of Not Supporting Or Conducting A Business Activity That Causes Damage (Serious Damage, Has A Significant Negative Impact) To Any Of The Environmental Objectives For Construction Works Specified: Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle.
