Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services For Removing Failures, Damages And Repairing The Passive Telecommunications Infrastructure Of The Lublin Regional Broadband Network

I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Removal Of Failure Or Damage To The Passive Infrastructure Of The Lublin Regional Broadband Network (Hereinafter Referred To As Lrss), Where: - Failure - Means The Technical Condition Of The Lrss Resulting In The Inability To Provide The Service Or Deterioration Of Its Quality Parameters. Deterioration Of Their Quality Parameters, But Do Not Affect The Provision Of The Services. Damage Is Also A Condition That Causes: A Threat To Life Or Health, Difficulties In The Implementation Of Road Investments, Shallowing Of The Sewage System, The Need To Correct The Route In Relation To The Actual/Current Condition Or To Correct The As-Built Inventory. Ii. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Included In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Constitute Appendix No. 3 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Ipu) And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 1 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz). Iii. The Scope Of The Agreement Will Include The Repair Of The Lrss In The Failure Or Damage Mode: 1) Orders In The Failure Mode: A) Removal Of The Failure With Restoration Of Services Without Reconstruction/Reconstruction Of The Lrss (Temporary Repair). Temporary Repairs Will Be Performed In Particular In Cases Of: Difficult Access To The Site Of The Failure, E.G. Special Areas, The Need To Dismantle The Hardened Surface, I.E. Asphalt, Paving Stones, Passages Under A Watercourse Or Road, Difficult Weather Conditions Or Other Situations Agreed At Least By Phone With The Ordering Party; B) Removal Of The Failure With The Restoration Of Services Along With Simultaneous Covering/Reconstruction (Target Repair).2) Orders In Damage Mode: A) Reconstruction/Reconstruction Of The Lrss After The Temporary Repair Referred To In Point 2.1 Lit. A) Of This Opz;B) Repair Of Lrss Damage;C) Work Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of The Service Resulting From The Current Needs Reported By The Operators, Including In Particular Maintenance, Adjustment And Cleaning Activities Within The Unit Prices Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Opz.Iv. The Contractors Duties Include, Among Others (A Full Detailed List Of Duties Can Be Found In § 5 Of The Ipu And In The Opz, This Is An Outline Of Selected Duties): 1) Removing Failures With The Restoration Of Services (With Or Without Reconstruction/Reconstruction) 2) Repairing Lrss Damage, 3) Making All Arrangements, Obtaining The Necessary Consents And Administrative Decisions, 4) Preparing Bid Cost Estimates, 5) Preparing As-Built Documentation, Including Route Documentation, Measurement, Photography, Including Post-Construction Surveying, If Necessary, 6) Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Necessary For The Construction/Reconstruction/Expansion Of The Passive Part Of The Lrss, If Required. 7) Will Ensure 24/7/365 Readiness To Provide Services 8) Maintaining At Least One Assembly Team On C
