The Assortment, Parameters And Quantities Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order). The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide The Names Of The Producers Of Each Item Of The Subject Of The Order In The Bid Form. The Offer In This Respect Does Not Need To Be Supplemented, The Lack Of This Information In The Offer Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer3. Place Of Delivery: Jan Kochanowski University In Kielce, Kielce, Ul. Uniwersytecka 7, Kiosk A In Building G.4. Detailed Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 4 To The Swz (Contract Template).5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order Has Appropriate Certificates, Quality Marks And Is Admitted To Trading In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, In Accordance With Current Regulations.6. The Offered Subject Of The Order Should Come From Current Production And Meet The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 7. The Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is Min. 12 Months. 8. Transport Of Laboratory Accessories To The Ordering Party Will Be At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor. The Contractor Should Ensure That Laboratory Accessories Are Packaged In Such A Way As To Prevent Their Damage Or Deterioration During Transport
