Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Aggregate As Part Of Ongoing Road Maintenance And Implementation Of The Tasks Of The Village Fund In 2026 - 2Nd Procedure
The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Aggregate As Part Of The Ongoing Maintenance Of Roads And The Implementation Of The Tasks Of The Village Fund In 2026. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Loading, Weighing And Transport Of Aggregate And Its Unloading By The Contractor At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Ełk Commune. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Unload The Aggregate In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Delivered Aggregate Should Be Homogeneous, Free From Impurities And Without Clay Admixtures. Aggregate Deliveries Are Scheduled From Monday To Saturday From 7:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. The Ordering Party Will Report Electronically, To The E-Mail Address Provided By The Contractor, The Demand For Aggregate Delivery 1 Day In Advance. For The Delivered Aggregates, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Declarations Of Performance For Each Fraction In Accordance With Currently Applicable Standards. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Perform Control Weighing Of Vehicles On An Approved Scale, In A Place Designated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Quantity Of The Delivery Item If, For Economic Reasons, Current Needs Or Other Reasons, It Is Not In The Ordering Partys Interest.
