The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Organization (Including Development, Approval And Introduction Of Temporary Traffic Organization) And Operation Of The Paid Parking Zone (Spp) And The Śródmieście Paid Parking Zone (Śspp) On Public Roads And Paid City Parking Lots (Pp) In Areas That Are Not Public Roads, In The Dziwnów Commune In The Summer Season Of 2026. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Envisages The Implementation Of The Order Divided Into: A. Basic Scope: Delivery, Installation And Operation Of 67 Parking Meters In Towns In Accordance With The Graphic Annexes To The Resolutions Constituting Annex No. 9 To This Swz: • Paid Parking Zone (Spp): Międzywodzie - 20; Dziwnówek – 8; Łukęcin – 4.• Śródmieście Paid Parking Zone (Śspp): Dziwnów – 27 Pieces.• Paid City Parking Lots (Pp): Dziwnów – 7; Łukęcin – 1.B. Option Law (Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law): The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope Of The Option Law Is The Service Consisting In Organizing And Operating The Śródmieście Paid Parking Zone (Śspp) In The Form Of Additional 5 Parking Meters Serving Approximately 130 Parking Spaces Located In Dziwnów, Along The Provincial Road No. 102. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Frequency Of Inspections In These Places Similar To The Other Zones Specified In The Order.
