The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct Vocational Courses For Teachers Teaching At The Vocational And Continuing Education Center In Niepołomice - Economic And Commercial Sector; Services In The Scope Of All The Above-Mentioned Tasks Are Exempt From Tax In Accordance With: Art. 43 Section 1 Point 29(C) Of The Goods And Services Tax Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1221, As Amended) - Vocational Education Or Vocational Retraining Services, Other Than Those Listed In Point 26: C) Financed Entirely From Public Funds - And The Provision Of Services And Delivery Of Goods Closely Related To These Services. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Vocational Courses For Teaching Teachers At The Vocational And Continuing Education Center In Niepołomice: Economic And Commercial Industry, As Part Of Improving The Skills, Competences And Qualifications Of Vocational Training Staff.
