1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of A Conference Promoting The Industry Skills Center (Bcu) In The Field Of Advertising, Carried Out In The Design And Implement Formula. The Order Is Multi-Disciplinary And Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of A Coherent Event Concept And Non-Invasive Arrangement And Temporary Transformation Of The School Facility Space (Gymnasium And Corridor) Into A Professional Conference Zone; 2) Providing Professional Conference Technology (Lighting, Speech Sound System, Multimedia Projection) And Organizational Services (Including Providing An Announcer, Reception And Cloakroom Staff); 3) Planning And Implementing A Promotional Campaign In Digital Channels And Creating And Maintaining A Website Subpage (Landing Page) Of The Event Along With A Registration System; 4) Delivery Of Exhibition Elements, Production Of Video Materials (Recording, Interviews, Post-Production) And Preparation Of A Photographic Reportage; 5) Comprehensive Catering Services For The Event (Catering), Including Welcome Service, Coffee Breaks And Buffet Lunch.3.
