1) The Subject Of The Order Is A Support Service (Maintenance) For Sap Software Licenses Owned By The Ordering Party.2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu), Which Constitute Annex No. 4 To The Swz.3) The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Not Subject To Interpretation. If The Provisions Of The Specification/Opz Are, In The Contractors Opinion, Unclear, Incomplete, Imprecise Or Incorrect, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ask A Question Before Submitting The Offer.4) The Features Required In The Opz/Specification Are Minimum Parameters.
