The Acquired System Is Expected To Have The Functionality And Features Described In The Requirements Specification. More Detailed Requirements Set For The Bidder And The Offer Are Described In The Information Request And Its Attachments. The Goal Is That The New System Will Be In Use By Eepos Libraries By Q1-Q2/2027, So That The Libraries Can Abandon The Use Of The Current System. The Schedule Can Be Refined In Cooperation With The Selected Supplier. The Eepos Library Network Includes 35 Locations And 9 Library Vans And 15 Other Service Points. 22 Municipalities Are Included In Eepos Libraries: Alajärvi, Alavus, Evijärvi, Ilmajoki, Isojoki, Isokyrö, Karijoki, Kaskinen, Kauhajoki, Kauhava, Kuortane, Kurikka, Laihia, Lappajärvi, Lapua, Perho, Seinäjoki, Soini, Teuva, Veteli, Vimpeli And Ähtäri. The Purpose Of This Request For Information Is To Collect Information About The Object Of Procurement For A Possible Future Tender.
