The City Of Seinäjoki Acquires A New Library System As A Cloud Service For The Eepos Library Network. The New Library System Will Replace The Axiell Aurora System Used By Eepos Libraries. The Acquired System Is Expected To Have The Functionality And Features Described In The Requirements Specification. More Detailed Requirements Set For The Bidder And The Offer Are Described In The Information Request And Its Attachments. The Goal Is That The New System Will Be In Use By Eepos Libraries By Q1-Q2/2027, So That The Libraries Can Abandon The Use Of The Current System. The Schedule Can Be Refined In Cooperation With The Selected Supplier. The Eepos Library Network Includes 35 Locations And 9 Library Vans And 15 Other Service Points. 22 Municipalities Are Included In Eepos Libraries: Alajärvi, Alavus, Evijärvi, Ilmajoki, Isojoki, Isokyrö, Karijoki, Kaskinen, Kauhajoki, Kauhava, Kuortane, Kurikka, Laihia, Lappajärvi, Lapua, Perho, Seinäjoki, Soini, Teuva, Veteli, Vimpeli And Ähtäri. The Purpose Of This Request For Information Is To Collect Information About The Object Of Procurement For A Possible Future Tender. More Detailed Descriptions Of Functionality In The Attachments Of The Request For Information. The Company Participating In The Request For Information Must Submit A Description Of Its Own System And Other Solutions To The Requirements In The Attachment. After Reviewing The Responses To The Request For Information, The City Of Seinäjoki May Decide To Organize Supplier Meetings Via Teams To Discuss The Content Of The Request For Information And The Response Given By The Supplier.
