Additional Services Are Also On Call But Non-Exclusive. Contracting Authorities Are Looking For 1 Contracting Party For 2 Different Framework Agreements. A Framework Agreement With The Flores Education Foundation And The Same Framework Agreement With Delta, A Foundation For Catholic And Protestant-Christian Primary Education. Due To A Possible Merger In The Coming Years, There Is An Option For Both Framework Agreements To Merge Into 1 Framework Agreement With The New Contracting Party That Has Arisen From The Two Separate Contracting Parties That Have Merged. Tenderers Undertake To Make Their Offer Valid For Both Lot 1 And Lot 2. Ultimately, A Framework Agreement Is Concluded With Only 1 Party For 2 Different Clients.
