This Request For Proposals (Rfp) Is Issued By The Bc Wildfire Service (Bcws), A Branch Of The Ministry Of Forests, To Obtain Proposals From Experienced And Qualified Contractors To Provide Janitorial Services At The Cariboo Fire Centre (Cafc), Located At 3020 Airport Road, Williams Lake, British Columbia.The Successful Proponent Will Be Required To Supply All Labour, Equipment, Materials, And Janitorial Services Necessary To Fulfill The Requirements Described In This Rfp And Its Appendices. Services Include Regularly Scheduled Janitorial Services For Designated Buildings, As Well As Additional Janitorial Services That May Be Requested By The Province On An As, If, And When Needed Basis.The Contract Term Will Commence Upon Contract Execution And End On March 31, 2027, With The Option, At The Province’S Sole Discretion, To Extend The Contract For Up To Two (2) Additional Twelve-Month Terms. Subcontracting Will Not Be Permitted Under The Contract.A Mandatory Site Visit For All Suppliers Who Wish To Submit Proposals Will Be Held At 10:00 A.M.
