The Procurement Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Procurement Entity, But The Actual Consumption May Be Higher Or Lower. During The Contract Period, The Welfare Area Allocates The Funds For Procurements According To This Call For Tenders Each Year Separately. Procurements Are Carried Out Each Year Within The Framework Of The Allocations. If The Appropriation Is Not Granted At All For A Certain Year, No Purchases Will Be Made In Accordance With The Procurement Decision In That Year.
