We Are Asking You For An Offer For Tasks Related To The Maintenance, Repair And Renewal Of Art Objects In Vantaas Urban Environment Industry. There Are 45 Art Sites In Vantaa That Require Maintenance. The Offer Should Include An Annual Condition Survey Of The Art Objects Found In The Procurement Documents By June 30, As Well As Restoration Measures Performed As Hourly Work If Necessary. The Length Of The Contract Period Is 15.5.2026 - 14.5.2027 And It Is Possible To Extend It With One Option Year From 15.5.2027 - 14.5.2028. The Option Will Be Decided By November 1, 2026, And The Option Will Be Implemented If Both Parties Agree To It.
