Bids Are Invited For Rfp No. 26-008 Pdb Services For Ps3103 And Ps4119 Expansion And Force Main

The Brunswick Glynn Joint Water And Sewer Commission (Owner) Is Issuing This Request For Proposals (Rfp) To Initiate The Selection Of A Design/Build Entity (Design/Builder) To Enter Into An Agreement With The Owner To Perform Certain Design And Construction Services. These Services Are To Be Performed Using The Progressive Design/Build Delivery Method For Constructing Improvements To The Owner¿S Existing For The Rehabilitation Of Two (2) Sewer Pumping Stations In Glynn County, Georgia, And Installation Of New Force Mains From Both Pump Stations Totaling Approximately 10,000 Linear Feet Of 12-Inch Force Main And 6,000 Linear Feet Of 8-Inch Force Main With Associated Appurtenances. The Project Contemplated For These Services Is Described As The Ps3103 And Ps4119 Expansion And Force Main Improvements Whose Components Are Further Described In Attachment D ¿ Project Technical Requirements. The Purpose Of This Project Is To Expand Pumping Capacity At Two Key Pump Stations To Support Planned Growth In The Community. The Selected Pdb Team Will Provide Design, Preconstruction, Permitting, And Construction Services In A Collaborative, Phased Approach. This Rfp Invites Interested Proposers To Submit Their Qualifications And Cost Proposals To Perform The Work Contemplated For The Project. Proposals Shall Be Prepared According To The Requirements Set Forth In This Rfp, Including The Format And Content Guidelines In Section 5. The Proposals Will Be Reviewed And Evaluated Using The Selection Process Described In Section 6.
