This Work Includes The Handling And Placement Of Can Buoys And Precast Anchor Blocks Or Anchor Clusters Using A Crane Mounted On The Barge. Work Also Includes The Transportation Of An Owner-Supplied Excavator Across Both The Jor And Ell Reservoirs, As Well As The Transport Of 27 Lock Blocks Across The Ell Reservoir.
