State Administrative Concession On Municipal Ownership For The Construction And Operation Of A Campsite In The Alcalde Pons/Les Basses Territorial Park (Exp. Pat_Conc_2025_0003).The Object Of The Contract Is The Awarding Of A State Administrative Concession Of The Lands Owned By The City Council Of Lleida Included In The Scope Of The Special Urban Plan Of The Territorial Park Alcalde Pons/Les Basses De Lleida For The Planning Of The Park And The Implementation Of A Campsite, Qualified As A General System Of Free Spaces Of Territorial Parks (Pt) And Intended For A Camping Area, With A Surface Of 64,683.76 M2. The Purpose Of The State Concession Is The Construction And Subsequent Exploitation Of A Camping Establishment By The Concessionaire On The Said Municipal Lands During The Concession Period. Access To The Campsite Will Be Produced Temporarily By Means Of A Left Turn In The Center Of The N-240 Roadway, Which Will Be Built And Financed By The Campsite Concessionaire As An External Charge In Phase 1 Of The Special Plan. This Access Will Be Replaced By A New Roundabout To Be Executed In Phase 2 Of The Special Plan. As Long As This Roundabout Is Not Built, The Space That Will Be Occupied By This Infrastructure Has A Surface Of 2,183.84 M2 And May Be Temporarily Used As A Campsite And Occupied By Its Facilities (Such As Open Space Or Swimming Pool, Among Others). The Purpose Of The State Concession Is The Construction And Subsequent Operation Of A Camping Establishment By The Concessionaire In The Referred Municipal Lands During The Concession Period.
