District-Heating Mains Construction Work – Design Services, Technical Assistance From The Designer And Execution Of Works For The Investment Objective Modernization Of The Heating System In The Commune Of Sânmartin. The Objective Of The Contract To Be Awarded Consists In The Acquisition Of Design Services, Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works And Execution Of Works For The Investment Objective Modernization Of The Heating System In The Commune Of Sânmartin. Since The Contract Subject To The Awarding Procedure Includes Both Design At The Dtac+Pte+Dde+Cs+At Phase, As Well As The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Will Also Be The Designer According To The Legislation In Force. The Contractor Is Responsible For Drawing Up Projects For All Specialties And For All Objects Included In This Contract. Within This Contract, The Design Activity Will Be Carried Out At The P.T.E Phase, According To Hg 907/2016. Dtac, Pt, Dde, Specifications For Specialties Will Be Developed. The Designer Will Provide Technical Assistance During The Execution Period And For Participation In The Phases Included In The Control Program Of The Execution Works, Approved By The State Construction Inspectorate. The Preparation Of The Projects Will Be Done In Accordance With The National Legislation. The Design Documentation Will Be Verified By Authorized Verifiers According To The Legal Regulations In Force, Made Available By The Beneficiary. In The First Stage Of The Contract, The Design Will Be Carried Out In The Pte Phase. Also, Steps Will Be Taken To Obtain Location Approvals And Favorable Approvals That Were Issued Conditionally In The Sf Phase Or For Which The Request For Specific Approvals Was Foreseen In The Pte Phase. The Costs Related To Obtaining All Approvals, Authorizations And Other Legal Fees Will Be Borne By The Beneficiary. For A Maximum Of 3 Months, The Technical Execution Project And Execution Details Will Be Developed, As Well As The Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Approvals/Agreements/Authorizations, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Hg 907 / 2016. In The Second Stage Of The Contract, The Execution Works Will Be Carried Out For A Maximum Of 18 Months. The Execution Will Begin Only After Obtaining The Building Permit. Upon Completion Of The Works, The Land Will Be Brought To Its Initial State. During The Execution Period, Technical Assistance Will Be Provided By The Designer, Including The Determining Phases Included In The Control Program Of The Execution Works, Approved By The State Construction Inspectorate. The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract Is: 35,694,549.18 Lei Without Vat, Of Which: - Estimated Value For Stage I - Design Is 1,126,428.27 Lei Without Vat; - The Estimated Value For Stage Ii - Execution Is 34,568,120.91 Lei Without Vat.
