Comment: The Offer Must Guarantee The Uninterrupted Resumption Of Current Services And Comply With The Minimum Requirements Of These Specifications. Any Technological Development Will Be Offered As A Free, Distinct And Encrypted Option, With No Impact On Continuity. Locations Of Service Delivery: Uccle Administrative Center (Cau – Rue Stalle 77) And Existing Remote Sites Included In The Inventory. Context: The Municipal Administration Of Uccle Wishes To Guarantee The Continuity Of Network And Telecom Services As Part Of The Grouping Of Its Activities At The Cau Building, Without Modification Of Internal Configurations (Lan, Security). The Service Provider Will Only Intervene Up To The Demarcation Point, Defined As The Physical And Logical Limit Between The Operator Infrastructure And The Internal Infrastructure Of The Administration. This Point Corresponds To The Terminal Equipment Provided By The Service Provider (Cpe Or Equivalent) And The Output Connectivity To The Internal Network, Without Access To Or Intervention On The Administrations Internal Systems. The Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of Two Years From Provisional Acceptance Of The Resumption Of Services, Including Verification And Validation Of Continuity. It May Be Renewed Twice For A Period Of One Year, In Accordance With Article 42, §1, 2° Of The Law Of June 17, 2016. Prior To Each Repetition, The Bidder Will Indicate In His Offer The Additional Discount Rate Or The Additional Volumes That He Agrees To, In Order To Respect The Standard Degression Of The Market. This Rate Will Be Applicable For The Duration Of The Rehearsal. The Discount Rates Applied To The Initial Market Will Apply To The Prices In Effect On The First Day Of The Month Preceding That Of The Start Of The Repetition. Prices Are Firm Until The Last Day Of Each One-Year Period. Concerning Fixed And Mobile Internet And Telephone Subscriptions, The Prices And/Or Volumes Offered Will Be Established By Reference To The Bid Price (Example: Discount Percentage). In The Event Of Developments Or Modifications To Technologies Other Than The Clients Specific Request, Infrastructures Or Solutions Necessary For The Proper Execution Of This Contract, The Successful Bidder Undertakes To Fully Cover All Costs Associated With These Changes, Without Financial Impact For The Client. The Rental Price Will Remain Strictly Identical Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Without Revision Linked To Technological Developments. The Successful Bidder Also Guarantees The Maintenance Of An Equivalent Or Higher Level Of Service, Including At Least The Same Bandwidth, The Same Functionalities As Well As All The Services Initially Provided For In The Specifications.
