Electricity – Supply Of Electricity For A Period Of Two Years. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Supply Of Electricity For A Period Of Two Years, Based On The Stated Needs Of The Client, In Accordance With The Technical Characteristics And Other Required Conditions Specified In The Tender Documentation. The Delivered Electricity Must Contain A Minimum Of 50% Of Electricity From Renewable Sources. In Order To Stimulate The Production Of Energy From Renewable Sources, And In Order For It To Become More Competitive With Energy Obtained From Conventional Sources And To Encourage The Construction Of New Sources Of Renewable Energy And Achieve Sustainable Development, The Customer Determined That The Electricity Must Contain The Above-Mentioned Minimum Percentage Of Electricity From Renewable Sources. Renewable Energy Sources Are Renewable Non-Fossil Energy Sources, I.E. Wind Energy, Solar Energy (Thermal And Photovoltaic) And Geothermal Energy, Energy From The Environment, Tidal Energy And Other Ocean Energy, Hydropower, Biomass, Gas Obtained From Waste, Gas Obtained From Wastewater Treatment Plants And Biogas (In Accordance With Article 3 Of The Electricity Market Act (Official Gazette, No. 111/21, 83/23, 17/25).
