For The Purposes Of This Order, The Contracting Authority Will Assign Only Specific Item No. 1: Delivery Of Original Consumables For Office Equipment With An Estimated Value Of Eur 102,258.38 Excluding Vat. The Procedure Is Opened On The Basis Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 1, Item 3, Letter B - Through An Open Procedure Under The Terms And Conditions Of Art. 133 Of The Civil Code And According To The Ppzop. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authorities May Assign Separate Positions In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them. When Awarding Public Contracts With Separate Positions, The Contracting Authority May Apply The Legal Norm Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, According To Which Procuring Entities May Award Individual Positions In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Position Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 For Supplies And Services And Eur 511,291.88 For Construction, And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Positions Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order.
