The Contractors Obligations Include In Particular: 1) Collection Of Mixed And Segregated Municipal Waste From The Ordering Partys Premises, 2) Loading And Transport Of Municipal Waste, 3) Transfer Of Waste To The Municipal Installation, Provided That Selectively Collected Waste, In Particular Paper, Metals, Plastics And Glass, May Be Transferred Directly To Processing Or Recycling Installations Or To Entities Collecting Waste, Provided That They Have Entities Of Required Administrative Decisions And Inclusion In Bdo, 4) Management (Recovery And Neutralization) Of Collected Municipal Waste, In Accordance With The Guidelines Adopted In Legal Regulations And The Provisions Of The Provincial Waste Management Plan, 5) Keeping Records Of Collected Waste In The Bdo System. Municipal Waste Collection Should Take Place: 1) On Time And Systematically, According To The Schedule Previously Established In The Contract, Regardless Of Weather Or Terrain Conditions. 2) Specialized Vehicles Adapted To Collect Individual Waste Fractions, In A Way That Excludes Mixing Of Waste. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employ, Under An Employment Contract, At Least 2 People Who Will Perform Activities Related To The Collection And/Or Transport Of Waste Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of This Order. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract, Specifying: The Method Of Documenting Employment, The Ordering Partys Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements, Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements, The Type Of Activities Necessary To Perform The Order To Which The Requirements For Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order Apply, Are Set Out In Annex No. 2 - Designed Provisions Of The Contract.
